“What feels like the end is often the beginning.”

Week- 5 the last week of the Mentorship Program where I learned a lot and met some awesome people. I will always be grateful to the Women Who Code Delhi for initiating this Mentorship Program and giving me such a wonderful opportunity to get the right direction to grow myself and become confident from being unsure about almost everything.

Now let’s discuss about this week’s session .This week was mainly focused on creating the online presence. Our session started with the same enthusiasm and this time it was even more interactive session as this time we were sharing our thoughts as well.

Our mentor, Saumya Singh told us the importance of Online presence and asked us the same to know our perspective. Our online presence showcases our skills and talents, it shows how much active and focused we are. It reflects all our efforts and hard works.

There are some important platforms where one should have a account like--
• LinkedIn
• GitHub
• Twitter
• Instagram

To make all the above accounts professional one must follow some people and stuff which is relevant and matches your interest. Put a professional photo. What I mean by the professional photo is your photo with a smile as it spreads positive vibes ☺️✌️and one should always keep updating their LinkedIn profile and resume because whenever we apply for any role/position to any company, their recruiters checks the profiles you have shared with them to know whether you are capable of their job or not .

She not just focused in creating online presence but also focused in improving our communication skills and motivated us to overcome the fear of speaking in public by sharing her own story like how she started her journey and overcame the fear of speaking and at last she encouraged us and motivated us to give our best to achieve our dreams.

And she called our last session..
No byes, see you all soon.

And here our 5-week long Mentorship Program comes to end. And I feel that my journey has just begun..

Hope you enjoyed and learned something through my blog.

See you all soon Bbye..
